1) EGGS.

Whether you like them poached, scrambled, or fried, adding eggs to your diet is a must for strong & healthy hair! Why? Because they’re packed full of protein!

Without enough protein in your diet, your hair is likely to become dry & weak, and in extreme cases, could lead to hair loss!

2) SPINACH

Whether you chuck it in a stir-fry or add it to an omelette, spinach could be your saving grace! Why? Because it’s packed full of iron, which helps those red blood cells carry oxygen to hair follicles.
