FASHION – Best Bags (for every need and desire)

What is it about bags?

You’re never feeling to frumpy or fat to try on a bag. A bag will never feel too tight. And, what’s more, they’re useful, they’re essential, they’re must-haves. OK, so maybe it’s not essential to have so many, but hey, who’s counting?

Best Bags for Work:

Tote from Boden: Once thought of as the site for the sensible, Boden have gone all-out for the animal print in recent seasons and, no surprise, we at Mark Hill are lovin’ it!

Leather bag from American Apparel: Who’d have thought that uber-cool American Apparel would give us something so grown-up and practical? Well they just did. And we love them for it.

Best Bags for the Gym:

Gym bag from Jack Wills: Kitsch kitbag styling in Jack Wills quality. What’s not to love?! We might even make it down the gym if we had one of these little numbers.

Duffle bag from Top Shop: Not the largest of gym bag ideas, but for Spring/Summer when there’s less to pack – totes ideal.

Best Bags for the Big Night Out:

Next Real Leather Clutch: Such a classic clutch style that’s simply never going to date. The leather feels soft and excellent quality. Well played Next.

River Island Gem Stone Clutch:–purses/clutch-bags/Pink-floral-gem-stone-box-clutch-bag-648410. Cute beyond cute. It won’t hold much but it’s a definite need-one-now situation!

Best Bags for the Shopping Trip:

ASOS Slogan Shopper by Sally Beerworth: Keep fellow shoppers amused. Hey, we’ve all been there.

Cath Kidston Foldaway Shopper: Kidston classics are instantly recognisable. Every girl’s got to have one of these to stuff into their work bag for a lunchtime spree.
